What are coupling components?
Coupling components are the wear and replacement parts of a coupling - such as rubber buffers, bushes, polyurethane spiders and inserts, sleeves, disc packs, grids, seals and fasteners. Using the correct element material, hardness and size is essential to keep the original torque rating and service life.
What we need to select the right product
Power and speed (or torque), service factor, shaft diameters and keyways, misalignment, temperature and environment, existing coupling, required standard (e.g. API 610 / 671).
Typical applications: Pumps, fans, compressors, conveyors, crushers, mills and gearbox connections.
