Special Linear Motion Components
Ball splines, crossed-roller guides, telescopic slides and other special linear components - supplied to the application and manufacturer data.
What are ball splines and crossed-roller guides?
A ball spline transmits torque while allowing axial motion along a splined shaft. Crossed-roller guides use rollers in alternating orientation between two rails for compact, rigid, high-precision short-stroke motion. Telescopic slides extend beyond their closed length for drawers and service access. Each type is selected by load, moments, stroke and accuracy.
