Linear Guides & Rail Systems

Profiled rail guides with ball or roller carriages for precise, rigid linear guidance.

Linear Guides & Rail Systems

Profiled-rail linear guides with ball or roller carriages for machine tools, automation, handling and heavy machinery - selection by load, moments, stiffness, preload, accuracy and life.

What is a profiled rail guide?

A profiled rail guide consists of a hardened rail and one or more carriages with recirculating balls or rollers. It carries loads and moments in several directions with low friction and high stiffness. Ball types offer smooth, fast motion; roller types give higher load capacity and stiffness. Size, preload class, accuracy class and sealing are chosen for the application.
