FLENDER ZAPEX Torsionally Rigid Gear Couplings
High-capacity gear coupling family for heavy industrial drives.
Supplied as the original brand or as an engineered equivalent, depending on availability and the required delivery time.
What is a ZAPEX coupling?
ZAPEX is a torsionally rigid gear coupling series by FLENDER. Hubs with crowned external teeth mesh with internally toothed sleeves; the crowned teeth allow angular and radial misalignment while transmitting very high torque in a compact size. ZAPEX couplings are lubricated and are used in heavy-duty drives.
Designed for high torque density and demanding industrial applications where gear coupling characteristics are required.
